A Spinz representative will contact you once your account has achieved full KYC-verified status. Additionally, if one or more documents are rejected, we will contact you to request further valid documentation.

Please be patient throughout the KYC process. While we attempt to complete each check as quickly as possible, occasionally delays occur due to the sheer volume of accounts we process.

Finally, it’s advisable to enable consents so that you’re alerted to any updates regarding your account, along with marketing campaigns that we think may be of interest to you.
